Allo guys,

kali ini aku mau share Emulator N64 untuk Android nih karena mulai kemaren blog ni sudah mulai share Rom n64.

Yang belum tau apa itu N64/Nintendo 64, konsol ini populer di era 90an, meskipun kalah saing sama PS1 besutan Sony, tapi ada beberapa kelebihan yang aku suka di N64 ini dibanding PS1 yaitu ukuran romnya yang kecil-kecil(kebanyakan ukuran romnya di bawah 30mb),meskipun ukurannya kecil tapi kalau masalah grafik jangan ditanya, boleh di adu deh sama PS1 yang ukuran romnya ratusan Mb.

Sedangkan kekurangan N64 yang membuatnya kalah saing sama PS1 yaitu karena di N64 masih menggunakan sistem Cardridge, jadi terlihat jadul gitu A.K.A kurang modern.

Untuk emulatornya, aku akan share emulator keluaran terbaru dari Mupen64, yaitu Mupen64plus AE v2.4.4 yang baru aja rilis beberapa bulan lalu. Kalau mau langsung download,linknya ada di bawah bro, tapi sebelum download alangkah baiknya membaca pengaturan terbaik untuk memainkan Rom N64.
OK bro, langsung disimak yaa:

*instal emulatornya lalu buka
*tunggu proses extracting lalu tekan gambarnya
*tekan Settings, lalu tekan Touchscreen. Tekan Button Layout dan pilih Digital. Ini berfungsi agar joy stick arah(<, ^, v, > dapat berfungsi, karena kalau pakai analog gk mau gerak.
*kembali ke Settings, tekan Plug-ins, lalu tekan Video, pilih yang Gles2glide64(paling bawah). Ini berfungsi untuk menghilangkan layar semut.
*setelah itu kembali ke menu utama dan tekan Game dan cari folder dimana kamu menaruh Romnya. Mupen64 ini bisa memainkan rom yg di pack ke Zip, tapi kalo gk bisa di buka sebaiknya di extract dulu ya.
*lalu tekan Play.

P.S: untuk Settingsnya kamu bisa bereksperimen sendiri tapi yang bagian Video dan Layout sebaiknya ikuti saranku di atas yaa.

Pagi bro...

hari ni aku mau lanjutin posting tentang emulator N64 dulu yaa, setelah kemarin sudah posting Mupen64 Plus AE untuk android maka kali ini aku share yang untuk PC.

pada awalnya mupen64 ini hanya dikembangkan pada perangkat linux lho tapi akhirnya sang developer berhasil porting pada windows dan MacOSX. Sebenarnya program ini dapat dengan mudah porting pada semua OS yg didukung oleh SDL library.

sampai versi terakhir rilis, emulator ini sangat kompatibel dan menggunakan sistem plugin sehingga mampu mencapai grafis hampir sempurna, tapi juga tergantung spec komputernya juga sih.

sedangkan kekurangan Emulator ini terletak pada kecepatan, tapi jangan khawatir kalau komputer kamu punya spec yang bagus ni emulator juga bakalan cepet.

The premise behind the HAL-developed Pokemon Snap is simple: Players roll through 3D environments (on rails) and try to snap the very best possible pictures of various Pokemon characters. The game features seven big levels and more than 60 Pokemon. Adding strategy to the process, players need to accomplish a number of different tasks before certain Pokemon will respond and pose for the camera. For example, in the game's Beach level, Pocket Monster Snorlax sleeps peacefully as players cost by on rails, unable to take a decent picture of the giant Pokemon as he rests on the ground. The only way to wake Snorlax is to play him a song on the Poke Flute, which isn't attainable until much further in the game. Therefore, players must build points, advance a few levels and grab the flute, at which time it's possible to come back to the Beach, play the flute for Snorlax , wake him up and snap an award-winning photo.

SuperN64 adalah emulator N64 yang bisa dikatakan sempurna. Meskipun dari segi fitur hampir mirip(bahkan mirip bingit) dengan Mupen64 tapi SuperN64 ini minim bug.

Sama dengan Mupen64, 2 pengaturan penting di emulator ini terletak di Video plugin dan Buttom Layout. Di bawah ni cara mengaturnya:

1. Tekan Settings di menu utama, lalu pilih Input, lalu Touchscreen, setelah itu tekan Button Layout. Disini kamu bisa memilih diantara ketiga layout yg disediakan. Ini berguna karena di beberapa game mengharuskan untuk menggunakan analog ataupun digital saja, kalau gk ya joysticknya gk bisa digerakin.

2. Tekan Settings di menu utama, lalu pilih Plug-ins, lalu pilih Video. Disini disediakan 3 pilihan Video. Sesuaikan dengan game yang kamu mainkan. Ini berfungsi untuk menghilangkan layar semut, blank atau bug2 lain di bagian video. Tapi biasanya yang paling ampuh itu yang "Gles2glide64".
